247-foot, 21-story modernist office building completed in 2007. Designed by Kossar & Garry Architects, it is composed of concrete, metal and glass. The glass-and-metal framing of the ground floor is recessed from the street wall, with a metal canopy at the entrance extending over the sidewalk. The 3rd through 8th floors are set back and canted from street wall. The 9th through 21st floors of the main building are set back and canted in the opposite direction above the 8th floor. Near the top, there are canted, projecting balconies at the 17th through 20th floors. On the tower's east side, it is clad in black metal with a single narrow bay of windows. This elevation extends above the roof line of the main building. The west elevation is similarly clad in black metal, but with two-thirds of the surface above the 6th floor covered by two bays of wide windows with silver metal spandrels.
