The interior, recently renovated, has a rectangular plan and is covered by a barrel vault.
The walls are made to stand out from the moldings of the entablature and the rhythm of pilasters ending in the area of the presbytery at the newsstand in the tympanum of the main altar. On the walls there are paintings of San Paterniano and companions (probably a copy of an already existing that was in the cave of St. Paterniano), The Death of St. Joseph, the Blessed Virgin of the Rosary with the Child Jesus, St. Dominic and St. Catherine, and a beautiful painting of the Holy Family. It is part of the liturgical wood also an organ of the early eighteenth century the school Marche Montecarottese organ that was recently restored.
