5-story parking garage completed in 1946. The brick facade of the first two floors is painted white, with large signs affixed to the building. Above is a center section of tan brick with large horizontal windows, five panes wide. On either side a brown brick tower with a single window on each floor rises up above the roof line of the center portion. The building wraps around in an L-shape, with a narrower frontage on 25th Street, also clad in brown brick, and with four bays of windows with splayed stone lintels. The ground floor on this side is occupied by Marty's Auto Body.
