5-story mercantile building originally completed in 1881 as a boarding house. It later housed apartments, and today has commercial tenants. The ground level has a storefront installed in the mid-1900s, but the upper floors are clad in beige brick with wide, 5-pane wide windows separated by narrow iron piers. The roof parapet has some decorative brickwork, and is capped by an arched pediment. The ground floor is occupied by Desco Vaccum, whose neon sign is affixed to the right edge of the facade on the 2nd & 3rd floors. The 2nd floor is occupied by Expectations & Innovations Beauty Salon.
