The Moody Building is a 3-story office building located in downtown Canadian, Texas. It was originally known as the Moody Hotel.
The Moody Hotel was constructed at the former location of the McIntosh Hotel. It was built in 1910 by English-born rancher and banker Robert Moody, featuring 40 guest rooms and a lavish oak staircase. The hotel was a popular landmark among travellers until it's closure in 1978.
The building was designated a Texas Historic Landmark in 1970.
