8-story office completed in 1916 as a warehouse. Designed by Paul C. Hunter, it was clad in beige brick and was built to be fireproof. A project involving the complete gutting and office conversion of the 65,000-square-foot former warehouse as well as a full façade replacement began in 2020. The new facade, designed by Mancini Duffy and Pizzacora, is clad in light-colored brick stone with rectangular windows projecting out from the facade, each four panes wide surrounded by bronze-colored metal frames, spanning four bays. The ground floor also has four bays, square in shape, recessed within bronze-colored metal frames. Three have sets of double-doors, while the western one has a metal service door. The piers in between are enclosed in glass. At the top the roof parapet has a tower at each end, with a short gable at the center of each, and panels below outlined in off-white.

The facade has a regular pattern of single windows, with air conditioning units dotting those in the center. There is a stone cornice above the 7th floor, and another cornice at the center of the 8th floor at the roof line. On either side, the facade extends further up, with a large panel framed in brick and culminating in a triangular pediment at the tops.
