2-story art gallery completed around 1920 as two separate buildings: a 2-story mercantile building and a 1-story garage. Joined, they now house gallery space. The facades are clad in black-painted brick. At the lower section, new glass and metal garage doors have been installed. The taller western section has a large round-arch flanked by two smaller arches on the ground floor; each has been filled by a modern, aluminum-framed glass door or window. The 2nd floor has a similar round-arch in the center with a modern window divided by a metal mullion. On either side are a single square-headed window, also divided in half by a vertical mullion. The brick roof parapet is pedimented up to a peak in the center.
