3-story art gallery completed in 1911 as a 5-story store-and-loft building designed by Otto L. Spannhake. In the mid-late 1900s, it was reduced to three floors, and clad in black glazed brick. The only window on the ground floor is a small one above the narrow doorway. The ground-floor facade along 11th Avenue is covered with canvas advertising for the gallery currently inside. The top two floors have large translucent plate-glass windows. The building is now occupied by Kenneth Willardt Studio.
