5-story office building completed in the 1880s as a residential building. It is clad in orange brick above a modern storefront, although the fluted cast-iron end pilasters remain. Rough horizontal stone bands cross each floor, forming the window sills and lintels. A red-painted iron fire escape runs up the facade, which is capped by a modillioned metal cornice. The ground floor is occupied by High Line Dermatology.
