5-story mansion originally completed in the late 1800s as a 4-story building. It was remodeled with a new 4-bay orange brick facade and white stucco ground floor with a retail storefront in 2005 by Karim Rashid. The building was again altered into a 12,000-square-foot single-family mansion in 2016, designed by Wai Man Chow’s Workshop Design + Architecture, with a new 5th floor, and a facade of light-grey granite and a darker ground floor. There is a bronze door at the right side, and a garage door of glass-and-bronze on the left. The upper floors have four bays of narrow windows, taller at the 2nd floor, with beveled edges of the granite around them. At the roof line the ends are stepped up, with a glass railing in between.
