Location where the finished TNT product was stored until it was time to be shipped out. The bunkers consisted of two side walls,a rear wall, & floor of poured concrete. Not certain of the thickness, but I have heard that they are about 2 to 3 feet thick. Earth was pushed up the sides and rear to help defend the bunkers from attack. Wooden roofs and doors would have been there originally, but many have collapsed or were removed. Today, many of them have been converted into houses or storage sheds.
