The chapel, built in 1744 and designed by Anton Francesco Berardi, is separated from the transept by an iron gate topped with the coat of arms of the Blessed Sacrament.
The altar is surmounted by a large rays gilded stucco with clouds and angels silver, with the center of the dove, the symbol of the Holy Spirit.
The tabernacle is in polychrome marble and was robbed of the statues that adorned it.
The walls of the chapel are located Communion of the Apostles and The Fall of Manna, both made by the painter Gaetano Lapis Cagli.
