105-foot, 7-story office building originally completed in 1914 as a warehouse and parking garage. Designed by Paul C. Hunter, the lower floors are clad in brown brick, with segmental-arched windows topped by brick headers. A continuous stone band course forms the base of the 2nd floor windows. Another stone band course runs just below the roof parapet, which is stepped up with a triangular pediment in the center and a taller pediment on either end. The ground floor has six garage doors, two of which have been converted to glassed-in pedestrian doorways.

In 2017 it was converted to a multi-use office project, with a new 3-story steel-framed expansion on top designed by Morris Adjmi Architects and developed by Elijah Equities. The ground floor was completely remodeled, with black metal-framed glass bays providing various commercial entrances. A new suspended and cantilevering steel structure rises above the industrial superstructure, forming a glass-and-steel box. The 5th-floor rooftop space atop the brick podium comes with a landscaped, 18,000-square-foot outdoor terrace. The 5th floor is recessed behind the terrace, with the top two floors projecting out above it. These floors are clad in black metal with bands of regular rectangular windows. The 7th floor is topped by glass railings, with additional rooftop terrace space around two large mechanical bulkheads clad in black metal.
