2-story Art-Deco commercial building completed in 1919. Designed by Jason S. Maher as a garage and offices. It is clad in grey brick with multiple garage door on the ground level. The ground floor windows have been recently replaced, but the 2nd story casement windows are the originals.Above a projecting stone cornice, the roof has a brick parapet, with a raised and angled portion at the center and at each end of the front facade. The building was converted to a roller rink called The Roxy in the 1970s, which lasted until 2007.

It is now occupied by the art gallery Hauser & Wirth, and Empire City Subway. It underwent interior alterations by Anabelle Selldorf Architects in 2013 and then was unexpectedly demolished in 2020.
