1-story (with partially enclosed rooftop space) restaurant originally completed in 1918 as a taxi garage. Designed by Jacob Gescheidt, it is clad in orange brick with black brick sections between the street-level windows and canvas awnings, with three black horizontal band courses above and a stepped roof parapet. A glass atrium and red metal siding structure have been added to the roof.

The building was occupied by The Park restaurant until 2019.
