The house is the 2nd oldest existing building in Arlington. It was bought as a gift to the local chapter upon it's founding by local area alumni in 1969. The fraternity sold it in 2006 in order to build a new house that would complement the current chapter's size. The new house will be located at the intersection of Davis Blvd. and Greek Row.
