5-story office building completed in 1919. Designed by Joseph S. Maher, it is clad in sand-colored brick above a granite and black cast-iron ground floor. The ground floor has four bays; the eastern three have metal-framed glass double-doors while the west bay has a single door paired with a window, all under glass transoms. An industrial suspended marquee of black iron tops the ground floor.

The 2nd & 3rd floors have seven single-windows, the middle one slightly narrower, and the top two floors have six windows with no opening in the middle. The windows have stone sills and lintels, and there are stone quoins at the facade's corners above the 3rd floor. At the center of the 4th floor a clock is mounted on an arm bracket extending from the wall. The building is crowned by a paneled black metal cornice and has a landscaped roof garden.
