3.5-story Federal-style residential building completed in 1829 as a townhouse for Samuel Norsworthy. After he and then his widow died (in 1863), it was converted to multiple tenancy. By 1939, the ground story had been converted for commercial use; in 1997, it reverted to residential use. The building is clad in red brick and has a pitched roof with two gable dormers.
