2-story photo studio building completed in 1925. Designed by Maher, Ward & Meeteer as a parking garage. Clad in reddish-brown brick, it has large windows at the second story and a stepped roof parapet with raised brick decoration. The ground floor is largely open at the corner with isolated columns supporting the upper floor. This space is now occupied by Barbuto restaurant - with garage doors that can be opened and closed, guests can enjoy a sidewalk table in the warm month. The rest of the building has been occupied since 1991 by Industria Superstudios, a photographic complex and event space known for its industrial character.
