2-story residential building completed in 1913. Designed by Densmore & LeClear as an office and warehouse for A. Milne & Company. A 1-story garage addition on the north was built in 1916. It was converted to a single-family residence around 1980. The facade is clad in brown brick, with segmental-arched windows on the 2nd floor. The roof is crowned by a paneled parapet.
