3-story Romanesque-revival residential building originally completed in 1893 as a 5-story loft building. In 1936 the two upper floors were removed and the remaining three lower floors converted to an industrial use. It has an interesting ground floor, with two large arches at the sides, and two smaller ones in the center, with the most interesting feature being the brickwork. A newer layer of tan brick covers only the left side and part of the top of the right side of the facade, forming an organic border with the older red brick left exposed on the rest of the ground floor around the arches. In 2009, the interior of the building was completely rebuilt, with only the exterior facade preserved, into a single-family townhouse. The new construction includes a modern interior structure and floor plates, and the construction of a new interior glass façade behind the historic facade, featuring aluminum window frames.
