5-story commercial building originally completed in the early 1900s as a 2-story structure. In 1939 it was altered for use as a parking garage for Greenwood Cemetery. Later, two additional floors and a recessed penthouse were added and the building used as residential. It is currently occupied by Bennett Media Studio, a popular destination for major TV, Film, and Photo shoots. The building has a 2-story commercial side, and a 4 floor residence upstairs with Full Gourmet Kitchen, Master Suite, Living Room with Grand Piano. The building is clad in red brick above a cast-iron ground floor. The low 4th floor is faced in painted metal with studio windows stretching almost all the way across.
