 office building, 1910_construction

6-story Neo-Georgian office building completed in 1910. Designed by Joseph C. Cocker as a warehouse, it is clad in red brick with a rough stone band course running across the base of the 2nd floor and forming the sills of the 2nd-floor windows, the same as on the top floor. The rest of the windows also have rough stone sills. The 5th floor windows are segmental-arched.

There are four bays of triple-windows on the south facade, with single-window end bays. The west facade on Washington Street has two bays of triple-windows. The main entrance is in the south bay, up a few stone steps. A projecting, modillioned roof cornice crowns the building. It was converted to offices in 1997-99, and is occupied by Goldcrest Post Productions.
