Former site of the Hotel Victor, a historic hotel built in 1894 by brothers Frank and Harry Woods.
(Not to be confused with the Victor Hotel, located just across 4th Street to the east.)
It was destroyed in the Victor fire of 1899.
It was the largest hotel in Victor while it existed.
