4-story brutalist-style single-family residential building completed in 2013. This super-secure residence was built for Hyatt Bass, the daughter of oil tycoon Sid Bass, but was never occupied by her, being put up for sale after completion. Designed by Annabelle Selldorf, it was built as a "fortress" with enhanced security for Bass's high-profile family, which has been targeted multiple times and even held hostage. The building has an austere red brick facade.
