office building, clothing store, 2006_construction, postmodern (architecture)
5-story postmodern office building completed in 2006. Designed by Morris Adjmi, the building replaced a meat processing plant. It is clad in dark grey steel, with red brick piers between the industrial-style windows of the 2nd through 4th floors. The top floor has slightly thinner black metal piers. A flat metal awning is suspended from the 2nd floor over the four bays of storefronts on both main facades. Both have 12 bays of windows on the upper floors.
The ground floor is occupied by Theory apparel, who also lease the office space above as the company's headquarters.
