4-story modernist residential building completed in 2005. Designed by Matthew Baird, it takes its cues from "minimalist art and the tough industrial feel of the meatpacking district". The façade is a massive plate of recycled steel, three stories high, that is bolted onto the front of the building, with tall, narrow windows on either side. The back wall is made almost entirely of glass. There is virtually no ornament anywhere. The building has a small garage on the ground floor, and a rootop garden with a hot tub.
