    in the village Barthana there are four kins (races) or (khail or nasab in pashto) are living. one is Qasam khel, Saro khel,Babakhel and the profissional people (which is called in pashto Stanadar). the greater race or nasab is Qasam khel,the second is Saro khel , the third is Baba khel and the last one is Stanadar. the leader of this village is Mohammad Qavi Khan , who belong to Qasam khel. and in this village , there is an active social and welfare organisation name is Khusboo Social Welfare Society . The founder and the president of this organisation is MOHAMMAD ZAHIR SHAH QASMI. Which is the greatest personality.
