3-story residential building originally completed in the 1880s. It was renovated in 2008 by Ada Tolle and Giuseppe Lignano with a new light-grey brick facade, with large, projecting metal-framed casement windows on the right side and smaller single windows on the left. The projecting windows are actually the rear frames of truck bodies, repurposed to function as a bench, nook, or platform bed on different floors of the studio and living spaces.
