A trio of 3-story Romanesque-revival residential buildings completed in 1888. Designed by John C. Barr, the townhouses have separate entrances, but are designed to go together. Clad in dark red brick, they have high stoops with their original twisted ironwork, leading directly to tall simple doorways, set to the left at No. 245, and to the right at the other two. The rectangular doorways have Romanesque entablatures above, with tiny dentils and billet moldings above them. The handsome nine-paneled doors display intricate iron grilles over the glass panels. At the second story, the round-arched windows, emphasized by radial brickwork, are outlined by a delicate brick molding resting on stone corbel blocks. A handsome, boldly projecting, dentiled roof cornice, with billet moldings and paneled fascia beneath, crowns the entire row.
