townhouses, Greek Revival (architecture), 1840s construction

A pair of 3-story Greek-revival residential buildings, each three bays wide, completed together in the 1840s. They are clad in red brick above stuccoed basements. The original Greek-revival doorways remain, but the surrounding framing has been stuccoed over. Wooden exterior shutters have been added to the windows of No. 45. Both houses have identical bracketed and dentiled roof cornices.
