Site of the, 391,051 sq. ft., former Rexnord plant. Originally established in 1891 as Chainbelt, the company created a chain driven line of mixers and at one time controlled 70 percent of the cement mixer business. The production of landfill compactors and grinding equipment was added later before Rexnord sold their construction equipment division. Under new owners the plant operated as Rexworks until 2000, when the remaining business was sold. Since then it has provided warehousing for a number of businesses.
