2-story commercial building completed in 1998. Designed by Platt Byard Dovel, it is clad in beige brick, with a wide stone parapet at the roof and separating the two floors. In 2015, noted pastry chef Dominique Ansel opened a made-to-order spinoff of his famed bakery in SoHo. It also features an ice cream window.
