2-story studio building completed in 1945 as a warehouse. A 1-story wing on the north side was added in 1956. It is clad in red brick, capped by a bracketed roof cornice. For several decades it was used by a waste-paper firm. It was converted into a sculpture studio space in the 1990s for Stephan Weiss, late husband of designer Donna Karan. It has most recently been used to host various events, and features a rooftop Japanese garden.
