The literary and biographical museum of Guido Gezelle (1830-1899) is incorporated in the house where the famous Flemish poet was born. The museum doesn’t only focus on the life and oeuvre of the great Flemish poet, it also houses temporary exhibitions on creative writing. Adjacent to the house is a romantic garden, where Jan Fabre’s The Man Who Gives Fire is bound to catch your eye.
