3-story residential building completed in 1844 as part of a series of rowhouses. The original stoop has been replaced by a basement entrance, and the 3-bay facade is clad in orange-red brick. The architect combined basement, entry, and windows of the floor above with a system of pilasters and horizontals, crowned by a small cornice. This scheme provides for French windows at the second floor level with a matching casement above the high entry. Tiny attic windows appear in the brick parapet.

Later alterations resulted in the current exterior by Clarence Stein and later changes by a member of the firm of Harrison & Abramovitz. The townhouse was converted in the 1980's by Belmont Freeman Architects.
