The "Musee D'Orsay" stop for the "Batobus" (Bus-boat) on the Seine river.

You can go to there to many other Batobus stops on the seine. Easy, quite cheap and refreshing way to visit Paris.

The Batobus is still a Bus (not restaurant, no on board service), but provides some comments. And the refreshing air and view is great. Between Tour Eiffel, the Louvre and the Musée d'Orsay, Notre Dame, the Institut du Monde Arabe, the City Hall, nice visits combination can be done. Plan 45mn to 1h from a point to another (including wait, displacement, hop on, hop off, ticket buying).
