Two and six story, industrial buildings converted into a 57 unit condominium apartment complex in 1999. Constructed in 1889, the 115,000 sq. ft., buildings were the longtime home of Western Leather, later known as Western Leather Products, which assembled leather components into shoes, brief cases, belts and other leather products. Until 1991, the building was occupied by Wisconsin Knitting when it became bankrupt.
