1-story building completed in 1919, just after the extension of Seventh Avenue was cut through the Village. It first served as a garage and repair shop, hence the name of the restaurant that occupied the space. The building is clad in red brick with some white stone details. It is crowned by a low parapet with stepped-up ends and a low pediment at the center. It is now a location of Boucherie.
