6-story parking garage completed around 1900 as a warehouse, clad in buff-colored brick. The southern facade's windows were filled in when the building was converted to a garage, and the full wall is now covered by an advertisement. The remaining windows on the eastern elevation are segmental arched, except for the top floor, which has round-arched openings. A blue-painted metal fire escape runs down this wall, with a corbelled brick band course below the roof parapet. An angled advertising billboard is affixed to the northern edge of this facade as well.
