6-story Beaux-Arts office building originally completed in the mid-1800s as a townhouse. It was converted to a store and multiple dwelling in 1903, at which time a new facade, designed by architect Dudley Strickland Van Antwerp, was installed. The building was later converted to a store and offices.

The ground floor is faced in black cast-iron, with a recessed building entry on the left, and a storefront with a central recessed entry on the right. The 2nd floor, also in black cast-iron, has a wide center bay with five square transoms, and 2-over-2 end-bay windows with three square transoms.

The brick upper floors, painted dark red, have white stone quoins at the edges, from the 3rd-5th floors. In between are two bays of multi-paned windows, slightly recessed between the projecting piers, with splayed stone lintels and projecting bracketed sills (except on the 3rd floor, which has plain stone sills). The top floor has wide, white stone enframements around the piers, and two multi-paned windows with stone surrounds and keystones. The facade is topped by a red-painted roof cornice with white brackets, one in the center, and a pair at each end. The ground floor is occupied by Bazar Tapas Bar, with Pop Physique barre workout studio on the 2nd floor.
