This is a 48-story office tower under construction. Back in the 1980s and 1990s, this was a McDonald's, but it was torn down in 2003 and was to be replaced with Shamrock Tower, which was never built (McDonald's would've leased on the bottom of the residential tower). Instead it remained a parking lot until around 2014 when a new skyscraper taking the address began groundbreaking. It is scheduled for completion in December 2016.
