3-story Greek-revival residential building completed in the late 1830s as a rowhouse. The lintels, cornice, and doorway maintain many original details, and even the fire escape and balconies, added later, consist of elaborate ironwork which adds to the lyrical character of the façade. The building housed to rectory of the adjacent church until around 2000, when it was converted to apartments.
