St. Francis Dam "standing section"

Remains of the center section of St. Francis Dam that reamined standing after the failure. This 200 foot tall "standing section" was demolished about a year after the failure. Explosives were loaded into the upstream heel of the section and detonated, causing the "standing section" to topple backwards in a north-east direction.
