 office building, apartment building, 1907_construction

121-foot, 11-story Renaissance-revival multi-use building completed in 1907. Designed by Francis H. Pfluger, it has a narrow, 25-foot-wide facade. The 2-story limestone base, composed of two coursed pilasters supporting a plain entablature, frames a modern 2-story metal storefront. The ground floor has two doors and fixed panes beneath an original green metal spandrel with raised panels. The 2nd floor features two central panes flanked by one-over-one windows, all in grey metal frames.

The 5-story midsection, framed by coursed red brick pilasters with limestone bases, capitals, and entablature, contains spans of four windows that duplicate the arrangement on the 2nd floor. The green metal spandrels are identical to the one dividing the storefront. The 4-story top section has coursed red brick piers, windows and spandrels identical to those below, and a bracketed green metal roof cornice.

The eastern elevation is a brown brick wall with several columns of simple windows. The exposed upper portion of the western elevation is also clad in plain brown brick. A rooftop water tank is visible from the street.

The building was converted from commercial lofts to cooperative apartments and office space sometime in the late 1900s. The ground floor is occupied by Dyanna Spa.
