2-story Neo-Grec mercantile building completed in 1874 as a 5-story structure. Designed by Charles Wright, it still exhibits at the 2nd floor part of its original cast-iron front with attached columns, molded and flattened arches with keystones, and diamond-shaped side panels. In 1934 the top three stories were removed. The ground floor was more recently renovated; it is faced in pr-cast stone and now has a tall central opening framed in black iron, with flanking doorways.

The building is currently occupied by Punch bar & grill.
