A landmark building with a facade subtly potraying the local heritage. It was built to honour the memory of Malaysia's Second Prime Minister, Tun Abdul Razak Hussien, who led the country from 1970 to 1976. Construction was started on 9th May 2000 and completed on 15th June 2004. The building is owned and jointly managed by Tun Razak Foundation (YTR) (www.yayasantunrazak.org.my/) and Employees Provident Fund (EPF) (www.kwsp.gov.my/).
