6-story Renaissance-revival residential building completed in 1890. Designed by D. & J. Jardine as a warehouse, it was converted to industrial use in 1911, when it was occupied by a brass goods store at the ground level and a clothing manufacturer and a printer on the upper floors. It remained occupied as a factory until around 1980, when it was converted to apartments.

The front facade is five bays wide, with a 1-story grey-painted base with painted brownstone piers with Corinthian capitals, and a surmounting brownstone cornice with dentils. The rest of the building is clad in red brick, rusticated on the front of the 2nd floor. The front facade has decorative terra-cotta moldings, capitals, and spandrels, denticulated brownstone bands, and a brick and terra-cotta roof cornice with foliated brackets. The northern elevation has windows on the top three floors, plus one windows each at the eastern end of the 2nd & 3rd floors. The southern elevation only has windows at the rear.
