  Dear sir, I Have 3300/16 dual Vibration Monitors. One Monitor is getting problem is as follows. OK LED's are continuesly blinking. so as per manual procedure, initiate the user-invoked self test by shorting the two self test pins(ST) with a screwdriver. it is indicated error code no-13, then as per procedure it is normalised, Error code-13-Clock OK voltage out of tolerance. but now asking that whether we can do it while turbine running condition or not ? and is there any chance to repeat the same problem . if it is happenning frequently in future what to do ? so kindly reply thanking you sir, P.Bheemasenacharya
