New boathouse built into the ground primarily for the Milwaukee Rowing Club, Marquette Rowing Club. Dock is public access and other programs are run out of the boathouse for other non-profit orgs like the Riveredge Nature Center. There is also a juniors rowing program as well as a future Milwaukee School of Engineering program that will operate out of the facility.
